Everything went well. Generator was too small and didn’t work so host offered to refund that cost. Very smooth

Booking experience was super easy! We were less thrilled when we noticed the obscene amount of left-behind items (junk), leaving very little room for our belongings. There was even a bag full of x rated items, ugh! Overall, great rig that got us to some fun places in comfort.

Batteries went dead after three hours of no generator running had to start RV to then start generator stopped working sporadically during trip while stopped

This unit is absolutely beautiful, well built and ideal for 1-2 people. Kudos to the owners.The management company is sub-optimal. Listing is inaccurate - they only provide paper plates and plastic cutlery. No mugs, cooking utensils, or a pot. (Was offered to purchase a pot and be reimbursed as they didn’t have a metal pot for the induction cook top). Dean provided a detailed walk through, knowing the answers to most questions. Once you leave the lot good luck. No responses back on questions, such as how to turn on the heat. Unclear where to leave the keys if they are not there upon returning the unit. Pictures below of supplied items.

We booked with this owner 6 weeks prior to our trip and they changed, and then abruptly cancelled our reservation 2 days before the start of our trip. Their communication was lacking and our entire experience with them was very dissatisfying.

I rented this RV from Outdoorsy, through goHomePort RV rentals. When I arrived to pick it up, the RV was not quite ready so I waited. They informed me there was a charging issue with the generator battery.. I told him I would wait while they installed new batteries. This did not fix the issue when I arrived my destination I discovered that the main charging cable that leads from the engine to the generator was disconnected. Because of this, the propane refrigerator stopped working many times due to a low battery and we had to keep starting the generator in order to make the refrigerator work this was annoying, as we were at a campground. Other problems included the tailpipe to the generator, fell off during my trip and a few other small maintenance issues. When I returned the RV., I told them I would like a concession on the price to the problems I had. so far, this has been completely ignored. I would not recommend renting any vehicle from.goHomePort.

We didn't get to use the camper we rented unfortunately. Our truck's torque converter went out after we left the lot. The staff was very helpful and they were kind enough to refund a portion of the rental fee. Despite the pit experience of not getting to use the camper, Corbin and his team were so professional and caring. We will definitely be renting another camper from GoHome Port (with a new truck)! :)
One word of advice - don't assume the pickup location is correct on the app. Be sure to message the host to confirm the location prior to picking up the unit since a lot of companies manage more than one location.
